Features

Atlas America Insurance covers international visitors who come to the U.S. for pleasure, business or study and is available for up to 12 months.

Atlas America provides Trip Interuption protection. If after you have departed, you learn of the death of a parent, spouse, sibling or child or you learn of the substantial destruction of your principal Residence by fire or weather, Atlas America Insurance will provide you the cost of an economy one-way air and/or ground transportation ticket for you to the area of your Principal Residence.

Atlas America Insurance - Optional Hazardous Activity Coverage is available for the adventurous traveler. The Rider adds coverage for the Amateur sports as listed in the policy brochure. It can include coverage for piloting a non-commercial aircraft, scuba diving, mountaineering etc. The maximum coverage under this Rider is the Overall Maximum Limit you select.

Atlas America Insurance will assist in arranging and obtaining cash transfers anywhere in the world. It also provides Lost passport or Travel Documents Assistance.

Renewal
Extension and Renewals for Atlas America Insurance must be made online before the policy expires. You may extend your coverage (5 day minimum) up to a maximum of 12 months. After 12 months of continuous coverage, individuals covered under the plan may renew their coverage for up to 12 additional months. If 24 months of continuous coverage is maintained, a final period of up to 12 months may be purchased. After 36 months of continuous coverage or any break in coverage, a new plan must be purchased.

Atlas America Insurance claims can be submitted by completing and sending the claim form along with the itemized bills.
Cancellation Policy
Atlas America Insurance, can be cancelled with a written notice before the start date for a full refund; If after the effective date, cancellations will be granted for the unused portion of the plan cost with a $25 fee if no claims have been submitted.
