International Major medical Insurance is one of the few plans that offers $250,000 coverage for ages 70-75. Between ages 75-79 the plan offers $100,000 coverage and over age 80 coverage maximum is $50,000. A range of deductibles are available from $100 to $5000. The plan covers doctor visits and hospitalization, surgery, prescriptions and repatriation.

Additional Accidental death benefit can be purchased for increased coverage. Injuries, sickness caused due to war or terrorism can be covered if optional terrorism cover is purchased. Kidnap and ransom coverage can cover the expenses of ransom to release you from a kidnapping event in the US.
