Renewal
Visitors Care Insurance may be renewed online before the policy expires. The plan ir renewable (without break in coverage) for 5 days up to 12 months up to a maximum total of 24 continuous months. Any one policy may not exceed 12 months.

Claim Form
Visitors Care Insurance claims can be submitted by completing and sending the claim form along with the itemized bills.
Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason you are not pleased with Visitors Care, you may submit a written request for cancellation and refund of your premium. In order for you to be considered for a full refund, your request for cancellation must be received prior to your effective date. If you do not have any claims filed with IMG, you may cancel your plan after your effective date for a pro-rated refund on the amount of time remaining in your period of coverage and a cancellation fee of US$25.
